A 36-year-old female patient presented with a long-standing complaint of swelling and growth under her right ear. Ultrasonography and MRI revealed a pleomorphic adenoma in the superficial lobe of her right parotid gland.

The patient underwent a right superficial parotidectomy with facial nerve monitoring. During the surgery, all branches of the facial nerve were preserved, and the patient was discharged without any complications on the second day after the operation.

Histopathological examination of the excised mass confirmed the diagnosis of pleomorphic adenoma.

A male patient, 32 years old, presented with a lump under his right ear for over 4 years. MRI examination revealed a suspected pleomorphic adenoma in the parotid gland. Total parotidectomy was performed, during which the parotid tissue remaining on the surface of the facial nerve was removed, and the tumor located deep within the branches of the facial nerve was excised while preserving the nerve branches. The histopathological examination confirmed the tumor as a pleomorphic adenoma. The patient was discharged without any complications.

A 35-year-old female patient presented with a complaint of a swelling behind the left corner of her jaw that had been present for two and a half years. She underwent a left superficial parotidectomy, and the excised mass was diagnosed as pleomorphic adenoma on histopathological examination.

The patient underwent a right parotidectomy, and the histopathological examination of the excised tumor revealed a pleomorphic adenoma. The patient was discharged without complications on the second day after the surgery.

A 38-year-old male patient presented with a complaint of a growing mass on the left side of his ear that had been present for three years. After examinations, a mass measuring approximately 3cm was detected in the left parotid gland. Surgery was performed to remove the mass and some surrounding healthy salivary gland tissue while preserving the facial nerve. The histopathological examination showed a pleomorphic adenoma. The patient was discharged without any complications.

A 48-year-old female patient presented with the detection of a mass in the right parotid gland during a neck ultrasound performed for another reason. The patient was diagnosed with a parotid gland tumor based on radiological examinations and underwent a right superficial parotidectomy surgery. After the histopathological examination, the patient was reported to have a pleomorphic adenoma (mixed tumor) and was discharged without any problems.

Our 44-year-old male patient had a swelling complaint that has been present in front of his right ear for 5-6 years and has recently been growing. Upon examination, a hard mass with a diameter of 3-4cm was detected in the right parotid gland.

The patient underwent a right superficial parotidectomy surgery, during which the tumor and the healthy salivary gland tissue around it were removed.

Our patient, who had symmetrical and healthy facial movements after the surgery, was discharged on the second day.

After the histopathological examination, the pathology specialists reported that the tumor was a benign pleomorphic adenoma (mixed tumor).

Following the examinations, a tumor was detected in the right parotid salivary gland. The patient underwent a right superficial parotidectomy surgery, and the excised mass was reported as a pleomorphic adenoma (mixed tumor) as a result of the histopathological examination. The patient was discharged on the second day after the surgery without any issues.

Following the examinations, it was found that there was a tumor in the left parotid salivary gland. The patient underwent a superficial parotidectomy, and was discharged on the second day after the surgery without any complications. The histopathological examination of the excised tissues reported a pleomorphic adenoma.

Our 34-year-old female patient visited our clinic due to a mass she noticed under her left ear a year ago. Following the examinations, it was determined that there was a tumor mass with a diameter of 11mm in the left parotid salivary gland.

Our patient underwent a left superficial parotidectomy surgery while preserving the facial nerve, during which the tumor and a small amount of healthy salivary gland tissue around it were removed.

Our patient, who was discharged without any problems on the second day after the surgery, was reported to have a pleomorphic adenoma as a result of the histopathological examination.
