A 56-year-old female patient presented with a complaint of swelling under her left ear for the past 1.5 years. The ultrasonography, MRI, and needle biopsy examinations indicated the presence of a pleomorphic adenoma in the left parotid salivary gland.

The patient underwent a left superficial parotidectomy surgery while preserving the facial nerve. After a two-day hospital stay, the patient was discharged without any complications. The histopathological examination of the removed mass confirmed it as a pleomorphic adenoma.
