Pleomorphic Adenoma in the Left Parotid Gland

A 34-year-old female patient presented with a long-standing swelling under her left ear. She underwent a left superficial parotidectomy under general anesthesia. The patient was discharged without any complications after the surgery and instructed to come back for follow-up dressing changes. The pathological examination revealed a pleomorphic adenoma.
